In the fast-growing world of 7v7 football, few organizations have blended athletic excellence with a genuine community mission quite like THE Program, a premier 7v7 football organization based out of New Jersey. Founded by Coach Kenneth, this team is more than just a collection of players — it’s a movement.
“Our goal is simple,” says Coach Kenneth. “We want to mold the community into a place that’s conducive to the growth of its residents — especially the young men we work with. Football is the tool, but character, discipline, and unity are the real products.”
Since its creation, THE Program has become a structured, respected fixture in the Garden State’s 7v7 circuit, attracting top young talent and preparing them for the challenges of both the game and life. Coach Kenneth has built an environment that develops football IQ, sharpens skills, and reinforces the values of accountability, teamwork, and perseverance.
Rising Stars to Watch
This summer, THE Program features a roster of incoming freshmen ready to make their mark on New Jersey high school football.
- Peyton Bell – WR/S, Union High School
At 5’10” and 130 pounds, Bell brings length, speed, and agility to both sides of the ball. His route-running is crisp, and his ball skills make him a dangerous target in the passing game and a reliable safety in coverage. - Nysir Emanuel Clifford – Slot/CB, Bayonne High School
Standing 5’8”, Clifford is shifty and explosive in space. As a slot receiver, he creates mismatches with quick cuts and precise timing, while on defense he’s a disciplined corner who isn’t afraid to challenge bigger receivers. - Amir Fairfax – WR/DB, Bayonne High School
A multi-sport athlete at 5’8” and 130 pounds, Fairfax’s football and basketball background gives him exceptional footwork and competitive toughness. His ability to track the ball and make plays under pressure makes him a versatile weapon.

More Than a Game
For Coach Kenneth, the wins and highlights matter — but they aren’t the ultimate goal.
“We’re building leaders here,” he explains. “If they leave us as better men than when they came in, then we’ve done our job.”
As the 7v7 season wraps up, THE Program is poised to not only compete at the highest level in spring of 2026 but also to continue shaping the next generation of athletes who will represent their communities with pride.
New Jersey football fans — keep an eye out. THE Program isn’t just coming. It’s here.
