The 6-foot-2 signal caller, known for his poise, athleticism, and leadership, enters his senior season already committed to play for the West Virginia Mountaineers in the 2026 class.
Wearing jersey No. 2, Hugley has become the face of Cardinal Newman football. Ranked as a 3-star recruit in the class of 2026, he has garnered national attention, receiving over 20 scholarship offers from programs across the country before choosing West Virginia earlier this summer.
Last season, Hugley threw for over 2,500 yards and 28 touchdowns, showcasing his dual-threat capabilities and elite decision-making. His performance helped lead Cardinal Newman deep into the playoffs, and expectations are even higher this fall.
