The future is bright for Calvert Hall College High School’s rising talent, Jordan Hicks.
This past weekend, the Class of 2028 cornerback put on a dominant display at the Southern Exposure Camp in Atlanta, GA—earning Defensive MVP honors for his lockdown coverage, athleticism, and high football IQ.
Standing at 6’2″, Hicks continues to establish himself as one of the top young defensive backs in the region. Despite being just a rising sophomore, he’s already building a strong resume. In addition to his performance in Atlanta, Hicks also took home MVP honors at the “You Are Athlete” Camp & Combine earlier this year, impressing scouts and coaches alike.
While Hicks has yet to receive a college offer, his trajectory is unmistakable. This summer, he made visits to top-tier programs, including Ohio State and Rutgers, gaining valuable experience and exposure while competing against elite talent.
“Jordan’s size and instincts are rare for someone his age,” said a coach from the camp . “He’s physical at the line, smooth in coverage, and has a real knack for finding the football.”
As the 2025 season approaches, Hicks is expected to play a key role in Calvert Hall’s secondary, with many keeping a close eye on his continued development. If his summer performances are any indication, it’s only a matter of time before the offers start rolling in.
