Atlanta once again played host to elite talent as the Southern Exposure Camp All-American Game returned for its third installment since the brand’s founding in 2021. With top prospects from across the country competing under the spotlight, the defense took center stage throughout the weekend, delivering physicality, discipline, and next-level playmaking.
Here’s a look at the defensive standouts who made the biggest impact and left coaches, scouts, and spectators talking.

KJ Green – DB | Class of 2027 | Douglas County (GA) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
One of the most sought-after names at the event, 4-star DB KJ Green drew constant attention as a nationally ranked prospect on the ESPN 300. Green looked every bit the part—long, lean, and physical—patrolling the secondary with authority. Quarterbacks largely stayed away from his side of the field, a testament to his presence and instincts. His highlight moment came via a punishing hit-stick tackle in the back of the end zone, reinforcing why he’s one of the top defensive backs in the country.

Recently named one of the top 2029 prospects at the FBU All-American Game, K2 proved once again that he belongs among the elite.

Conley Goodlife – ATH | Class of 2027 | 6’1
Originally entering the game as a wide receiver, Conley Goodlife turned heads on the defensive side of the ball. His smooth running ability and natural ball skills at cornerback sparked plenty of conversation, making him a versatile prospect to keep an eye on

Jermaine McElveen Jr. – DB | 6’2, 170 | Chapel Hill HS
With a long, athletic frame and fluid movement, Jermaine McElveen Jr. looked polished all week in the secondary. The son of former UAB standout and NFL/CFL veteran Jermaine McElveen, his pedigree and performance suggest a very bright future ahead.
