The future of Georgia high school football looks fast—

Class of 2028 wide receiver Brayden Bailey dazzled scouts and coaches alike this past weekend, earning Offensive MVP honors at the Southern Exposure Camp in Atlanta, GA. Known for his electrifying speed and fluid route running, Bailey left defenders trailing all afternoon, proving why he’s quickly becoming one of the most talked-about young receivers in the Southeast.

A rising sophomore, Bailey already holds multiple Division I offers, including from Colorado, where Coach Deion Sanders is building a high-profile program. He also holds offers from Georgia State (Coach McGee) and Southern Miss (Coach Charles Buff)—a remarkable list for a player just entering his second year of high school football.

“Brayden’s explosiveness is next-level,” said one camp evaluator. “He separates effortlessly and has the kind of top-end speed that’s tough to teach.”

Bailey’s speed isn’t just hype—he’s also a standout track athlete, making him a threat to score every time he touches the ball. His freshman season ended with All-Region Honorable Mention honors, and he’s only getting started. This summer, he competed at high-level camps, including a notable stop at the University of Florida, further showcasing his talents against elite competition.

With the 2025 season on the horizon, Bailey is poised to take on a bigger role for Holy Innocents’ and continue making waves on the recruiting trail. If his summer breakout is any sign, he’s on pace to become one of the top receivers in the nation for the Class of 2028.
